Job Description
Based in the Atlanta, GA area, we are one of the leading inpatient charge capture vendors. We are currently recruiting for a versatile, detail- and quality-oriented Support/Integration Analyst who possesses experience supporting ASP/Web-based applications and can take on small interface development projects in a Windows development environment. Your time will be split between second-level application support (MSSQL and application research, network troubleshooting) and data interface implementation and development. You will work closely with the support and development teams. You should be willing to handle rotational on-call responsibilities as necessary for the applications supported. In addition, good documentation skills for systems, projects, and problem resolution are necessary.
Responsibilities:
1.) Provide second-level support (database troubleshooting/manipulation, network troubleshooting, bug verification/confirmation/research, possibly coding and testing of interim fixes) for.NET/MSSQL web-based application and ancillary applications (PDA, etc) developed in .NET, VB, etc.
2.) Assist in implementation of data integration projects (including minor software mods based on project specifications, networking tasks, testing, maintenance, etc)
3.) Maintain case and resolution documentation. Maintain support documentation for data interfaces.
Requirements:
1.) 1-2 years of MSSQL experience
2.) Minimum of 1 year programming experience
3.) Knowledge of and experience with networking concepts (proxies, VPN, TCP/IP, etc)
4.) Knowledge of server maintenance (esp. Microsoft server products, eg SQL, IIS, etc)
5.) Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
6.) Excellent oral and written communication skills
7.) Flexibility, team focus, and strong interpersonal skills
8.) BS in Computer Science or related.
