Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for training clients along with creating documentation about customer interactions. This individual will work with our clients to identify, prioritize, and resolve application issues. The candidate will need to log and document application problems as they are reported by our clients. The candidate must be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients of various backgrounds and personalities.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that clients are properly trained in areas of the application related to their specific job function
• Serve as the client’s application expert; ensuring that product set up is consistent with the client’s goals.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize first level support issues
• Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new workflow plans
• Interfacing with customers via telephone and email regarding application issues.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Strong account management skills
• Exceptional people skills are a must
• Ability to train end users across multiple business levels
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Must be able to navigate windows applications with ease (excel, word, internet explorer, outlook, etc.)
Positive Attributes:
• BS/BA degree desired
• Healthcare-related customer service and technical background
• Technical support background with troubleshooting is a plus
• Additional technical certifications
