Implementation Account Manager

Ingenious Med is the only provider in the nation exclusively devoted to inpatient practice management solutions. The company was founded in 1999 by a group of hospitalist leaders from Emory University Medical Center in Atlanta. We have a national customer base comprising thousands of active licenses in facilities across the nation. Ingenious Med’s customers range from five-physician groups to national multi-site companies.

 
Job Description:
 

Candidate will be responsible for implementing and training clients along with creating documentation around customer workflows. This individual will work with our clients to identify, prioritize, and manage strategic needs and enhance our customer’s efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a background in healthcare, be able to manage and perform a technical implementation, and maintain relationships with clients of various backgrounds and personalities.

 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Serve as the client’s application expert; ensuring product set up is consistent with the client’s goals.

  • Ensure that clients are properly trained in areas of the application related to their specific job function.

  • Create and manage client application environments in SQL databases.

  • Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new workflow plans.

  • Interfacing with customers remotely and on site regarding strategic account direction.

  • Manage client relationship and foster an environment which will lead to additional product adoption.

 

Requirements:

 
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience

  • Strong account management skills

  • Exceptional people skills are a must

  • Ability to train end users across multiple business levels

  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

  • Must be able to navigate windows applications with ease (excel, word, internet explorer, outlook, etc.)

 

Positive Attributes:

 
  • BS/BA degree desired

  • Healthcare-related customer service and technical background

  • Technical support background with troubleshooting is a plus

  • Additional technical certifications
