Thank you.     Application Analyst Responsible for training customers along with creating documentation.  This individual will work with our customers to identify, prioritize, and resolve application issues.  Also, log and document application problems as they are reported by customers. Support/Integration Analyst Responsible for providing second-level support (database troubleshooting/manipulation, network troubleshooting, bug verification/confirmation/research, possibly coding and testing of interim fixes) for.NET/MSSQL web-based application. This individual will also assist in implementation of data integration projects, along with maintaining support documentation for data interfaces.  Also, required to have an understanding of networking in order to perform network tasks and maintenance. .NET Software Engineer Level II Perform requirements gathering/analysis and documentation.  Write code and unit tests for .NET applications.  Write and debug SQL Server stored procedures.  Perform maintenance and new development.  Implementation Account Manager Responsible for implementing and training clients along with creating documentation around customer workflows. This individual will work with our clients to identify, prioritize, and manage strategic needs and enhance our customer’s efficiency. Level 1 Client Support Specialist Responsible for working with our clients for application issue assessment, resolution, and escalation.  This individual will also work with our clients to prioritize tactical and strategic needs.
